Application

The number of attendees will be limited, and applications for participation have to be submitted via
-IASLOD 2012 APPLICATION-


The programme of the school will include a poster session where students can present and discuss their ongoing research with lecturers and colleagues. Applications shall include a remark on whether a poster will be presented along with a short abstract.

Applications should be submitted in PDF format not exceeding 2 pages (min. font size 11pt) via https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=iaslod2012

Poster Presentations : Participant’s posters should be no larger than 33 inches wide and 47 inches high. The conference will provide self-standing poster board, pushpins, clips, double-sided tape, etc. for mounting.

If your registration application is confirmed, you will be notified by email.
Details of the registration process will be announced on the Web site, after the application deadline. Registration fee covers lunches and the social events.

Student Grants

There will be a limited number of student grants available. Student grants will cover registration fees as well as accommodation costs for the summer school. In case you are interested in applying for this grant, please apply normally for the summer school as outlined above and indicate in your application that you are interested in the student grant. The declaration of interest for the grant should be accompanied by a short justification confirming that the attendance could not be financed by other means such as project funds.

Early Registration

  • 300 USD /330,000 KRW for Students, (250 USD /275,000 KRW for poster presenters)
  • 400 USD /440,000 KRW for non-Students, (300 USD/330,000 KRW for poster presentes)

Late / On-site Registration

  • 400 USD /440,000KRW for Students
  • 500 USD /550,000KRW for non-Students

Payment

If you finish step of '-IASLOD 2012 APPLICATION-', You need to pay for registration

For korean : 한국 카드(법인카드 포함)의 경우 원 결재만 가능합니다. USD로 결재시 오류가 발생하오니 이점 참고해 주십시오.
